Option 1 :: We charge you, the seller, a fixed fee. The amount will typically depend on your asking price - but it will be much less than the usual commission rates! Our fee is set at the beginning and only becomes payable on completion of your sale.
Option 2 :: You can pay a 50€ listing fee and a reduced fixed fee on completion of your sale representing even better value!
With either option there is no time limit to your listing on this website. You really have nothing to lose!
The reason that we can market your property so reasonably is because we are solely internet based. We don't have the ever increasing overheads of conventional agencies. We market your property via the internet and put prospective buyers in touch with you direct.
